Youth Program Health Forms
Completed health forms must be emailed to [email protected] before the start of any in-person youth program OR in person the morning of the first day of camp or after-school. AMLD must have completed health forms before any child can participate. Health forms can be found at the AMLD website under Youth Programs, as well as at the AMLD Office. Health Forms must be resubmitted at the start of every year.
After-School program refunds
All refunds will incur a $20 processing fee per month registered. Refunds must be requested at least 5 business days prior to the first meeting date of the program or activity. After that, there will be no refunds.
Summer Camp, Holiday Camps Cancellations, & Refunds
Full payment for summer camp is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been set up. If utilizing a payment plan, a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total cost of each week of camp will be required to hold the participants spot in camp and the remaining 75% is due 5 business days prior to the start of camp. Camp refunds must be requested before 5:00 pm on the Monday prior to the week of camp.
If paying in full for camp at the time of registration, the maximum refund allowable is 75% of fees paid and must be requested 5 business days prior to the first day of camp.
If you need to cancel a week of camp, you must contact the AMLD main office for a refund at least 5 business days in advance at 512-258-4104.
Wait List
A wait list is created only for camps and after-school. If a camp session is full, a wait list will be created. If a space opens up for a camp session, priority will be given to those on the wait list by order of placement on wait list. You will be contacted by phone and/or email.
Transportation
Transportation for the After-School program is available only for After- School Program students attending Anderson Mill Elementary via the AMLD bus. Students attending Purple Sage Elementary will be escorted by foot to the program.
Sign-In/Sign-Out Policy
Sign in and out sheets will be used every day. Only adults listed on the release form will be allowed to pick up a participant. An authorized person must enter the building, present appropriate identification and sign the sheet in order for staff to release the child.
Late Pick Up Policy
A late pick up fee will be charged for parents that are late to pick up their children past the 6:00 pm end of camp or After-School day. A $1 per minute will be charged from 6:00 pm - 6:15 pm. After 6:15 pm, a $2 per minute charge will be imposed.
Electronics
Electronics such as smart phones, computers, tablets, and video games, or any device that has access to the internet will not be allowed during youth programs, with the exception of designated days during summer camp. School Computers are to be used for Homework only.
Credit Card Fees
Beginning August 1st, 2020, a NON-REFUNDABLE convenience fee will be applied to all credit card purchases for programs and memberships, online or at the main AMLD office. A credit card fee of 5.2% will be charged for all transactions completed online and a credit card fee of 3.0% will be charge if completing a transaction at the AMLD main office or pool locations. No convenience fees will be charged if paying with a check or cash at the main AMLD office.
