At the May 16, 2018 Board of Directors Meeting, Bill Burke, who has served on the Board for 28 years stepped down. He was thanked and honored by fellow directors, staff and residents for his dedicated service to our Community. Mike Chaney was elected in Mr. Burke's Place and incumbent Fred Grammp took their Oath of Office and assumed their places on the Board.

A new trash contract with Central Waste & Recycling will go into effect on January 1, 2018 for residents of Anderson Mill Limited District. Residents MUST activate their account with Central Waste to continue trash service. You may do so by: 1.) emailing sales@centralwasteinc.com, or 2.) go to the Anderson Mill website at http://amld.org/setup-new-trash-account, or 3.) calling 512-267-9290. If you have received a Republic Services bill for Nov through the end of Jan do not pay the entire amount. Email Republic Services at aaa.customerservice@republicservices.com and explain that you would like to pay 2/3 of your bill because the contract is ending Dec 31st.
The Board of Directors proposed a 2017 Tax Rate of $0.117083 per $100 valuation at the regular Board Meeting held on August 17, 2017 held in the Anderson Mill Limited District Community Center at 11500 El Salido Parkway, Austin, TX 78750. The 2016 Tax Rate was $0.12336/$100. The Board called for a Public Hearing on the Proposed Tax Rate to be held on September 14, 2017 at 7:30 PM, the regular Board meeting will follow immediately.

Friday February 19, 2016 at 5:00 PM is the deadline to submit an Application for a Place on the Ballot for the 2016 Anderson Mill Limited District Board of Directors Election. The Board called for the Election for Places One, Two and Three of the Board, to be held on Saturday May 7, 2016.
