Tai Chi Yang Style "Simplified" 24 Form with Instructor Larry Bates
Age 18+ For both beginning and continuing students, experience the joy of this slow, calming, continuously flowing series of movements that produce the same benefit as meditation with added positive effects of excerise. This fun class provides an opportunity to acquire improved strength, conditioning, coordination, flexibility, and balance. It teaches students how to maximize the flow of Chi, (energy), from the 24 postures for greater health and wellness. What to wear? Loose fitting clothes that allow you to move freely.
Two session types available: 2 times per week for 4 weeks or 1 time per week for 8 weeks
