If you have received a Republic Services bill for Nov through the end of Jan do not pay the entire amount. Multiply your total by 67% and pay that amount. Email Republic at [email protected] and explain you would like to pay only 2/3 of the bill and cancel service at the end of Dec.  The Republic contract is ending Dec 31st. There is a new company that will be providing trash service for the District.
