All ages are welcome!!!

Individuals, or 2 to 3 person relay teams may race.

Start time : 8am
Check in time: 7:30am

Bike helmets required of all riders.

Awards will be given for all participants!!!

Entry Fee $10 per person ($15 day of event)
 
Required 100yd Freestyle Estimated Swim Time. Email to schutt@amld.org by Friday, July 13th, 2012 numbers will be assigned according to your 100yd Freestyle Swim Time.
Entry Deadline is July 13th, 2012 at 6pm.
All late Entrants will swim at the end.
